Window Cleaning
Residential window cleaning is per window pane, per floor. Considering the different types of windows, difficulty to reach each window & type of cleaning being done. Sounds complicated but for proper & fair pricing for everyone all factors are considered. Quality of work & safety is top priority.
Commercial Storefront window cleaning is per pane.
Commercial Building window cleaning up to three stories is per man hour.
Construction window cleaning is per man hour.

Premium Screen Cleaning
Screens are washed with a concentrated multi soap & screen sealing solution. All screens are put through washer (as pictured) to clean & help extend the life of the screen. Unscented soap is used by default or you can have scents like orange, lemon or green apple are available.
Price is $5 per screen
Window Track Cleanout
* A general brush/blow out is included during the window cleaning process. This just gets out the the bugs & big debris not a full clean.
For a FULL cleaning of tracks on double hung & sliders.
Price is $7 per window track.
Crank-out style windows also get the opening lever assembly lubricated for better opening & closing.
Price is $8 per window track.
Hard Water Removal
Hard water is removed with a product that helps protect from new hard water deposits for up to 3 months. Most windows can be saved depending on the severity of the hard water deposits. Early detection and protection are key for the life and look of the glass. This can be done on windows and glass shower doors.
Pricing is $30* per pane for one time cleaning
$10* per pane with spring/fall program.
* means for typical window not french pane or vinyl or fire rated glass or any non typical glass. Those will be priced per situation and severity.
-If it is a large hard water removal project then it is per man hour pricing.
Misc. Window & Glass Care
-Mirror cleaning
$5 per mirror minimum (add on price) based on size, style & location.
If it is a large or sole project then it is per man hour pricing.
-Exterior Light Fixture Cleaning
$10 per fixture minimum (add on price) based on size, style & location.
If it is a large or sole project then it is per man hour pricing.
-Chandelier Cleaning
$75 per fixture minimum (add on price) based on size, style & location.
-Foreign substance removal
(paint, caulking, concrete, etc.)
$10 per pane (add on price)
If it is a large or sole project then it is priced as a construction cleaning.

-Art or Ad style paint/sticker removal
$10 per (add on price) small to medium size sticker or Ad paint.
If it is a large project it is priced per man hour.

Solar Panel Cleaning
A pure waterfed cleaning system & a solar panel specific detergent is used to clean each panel properly for best results.
Residential
$10 per panel on roof
$5 per panel on ground
Pricing starts at $100 which includes the cleaning of first two solar panels
Commercial
is per man hour for roof or ground based solar panels
